ABOUT:
Cheetah Communications is a locally
owned and operated Internet Service Provider. It was first established
in early 1995, and was purchased the following year by its current
owners. Our bandwidth, servers, routers, and modem pools are fully
redundant to minimize any network down time. In addition, we maintain our
own auxiliary power generators in the event of an unforeseeable power
outage.
The majority of our
customers have been with us for more than 5 years, while admittedly a
small number of our customers did not last more than a few hours after
learning that we do not engage in nor tolerate unscrupulous acts of
racism, harassment, or illegal Internet activities.
COMPANY PHILOSOPHY:
We continually strive to be a
viable alternative to the corporate mentality. We have no aspirations
of being like the Big 3. . . AOL, Earthlink or MSN. We believe
the loyalty of each individual customer is more important than that
month's profit margin. More importantly, as a privately owned business,
we believe our customers deserve the right to speak directly with those
they pay for Internet services.
Most importantly, we
believe our customers have the right to have their Internet Service
related questions, concerns, and problems expeditiously addressed and
resolved. Our promise to our customers is that we will always attempt
to deal open and honestly with the issues, while never attempting to bog
them down with technical babble, bureaucratic policies or practices.
