Cheetah's NO-SPAM Policy

Under section 7.03 of its Terms and Conditions, Cheetah Communications does not tolerate its users sending out Unsolicited Commercial Email (U.C.E., also commonly known as "spam"):

7.03 --
Unsolicited advertising mailings, whether commercial or informational, are strictly prohibited. Cheetah Communications account holders may send advertising material only to e-mail addresses which have specifically requested it. Cheetah Communications will not forward mail of accounts terminated for bulk mailing or unsolicited advertising.

* A Note To All Cheetah Account Holders *. . . By default Cheetah Communications aggressively blocks (rejects) incoming and outgoing spam. In addition our customers have the option to add their own personal spam filters, or choose not to have any spam blocking at all. We believe the choice belongs to our customers and not the spammer.
