To create a connection that automatically brings up your
Cheetah dialer whenever you bring up a program that
requires Internet access...

  1. From the Control Panel, open Internet Options (called
    just "Internet" in some old versions of Windows) and
    select the Connections tab.
  2. Select the Cheetah connection from the list and then
    click on Set Default.
  3. Click the box labelled Always Dial My Default Connection.
  4. Click OK.
