 Please be advised. . . When reporting a problem please include the minimum specific information:
      (1) Email address your email was sent from.
      (2) Email address your email was sent to.
In addition, the date and time (including time zone) you sent your email, and the error message would also be helpful in tracking down the exact cause of the problem you are reporting.
